I'm recently adjusting to the idea that I need to stop using my family sized recipes and start using smaller ones (too many leftovers!) so these baking dishes are perfect for what I need now. They hold enough for 2 very generous portions or 4 smaller ones which fits the way we eat now. They are easy to clean and store and I'm very happy with them!
